all of our postage is as eco-as-possible! we use compostable, biodegradable, recycled and plastic-free packaging because sustainability doesn't stop at the purchase

 

ship within New Zealand

we offer a flat rate of $6 for standard shipping in NZ. you'll also receive free shipping for any orders over $85. expect to receive your parcel within 3-5 business days

ship to Australia

we offer a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping to Australia. you'll also receive free standard shipping for any orders over $100. expect to receive your parcel within 7-10 business days. you can also opt to add tracked shipping at the checkout.

ship internationally

we can post to most places in the world, however this is not something we offer as standard. if you need a quote for international shipping get in touch with us using the contact form and let us know which items you want, we'll get back to you in 24 hours to let you know how much extra the postage will be.

we hope every item you receive is awesome, but on the occasion that something is not-so-awesome, we'll always try fix it!

 

let us know via bandseaenquiries@gmail.com or by using the contact form. you'll need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product that you wish to return, and the item will need to be returned to us within 14 days for us to process a refund or an exchange for you. unfortunately we can't process refunds/ exchanges outside of these times
